Born in Westwood and raised in Brentwood, I’ve been representing buyers and sellers in the greater Los Angeles area since 1994. After graduating from Marymount High School and earning a degree from USC, I joined my father, Erny Pinckert, a respected Realtor and owner of Brentwood’s Norton Realty. As his protégée, I absorbed invaluable lessons that I still carry with me. When he handed me the reins, he said, “This is yours now. You’ll stumble, but you have the tools to succeed—now make it happen.” Those words fueled my work ethic and resilience, empowering me to thrive in an ever-changing market.
I’ve since expanded my thriving practice to the California Central Coast, bringing the same dedication to every client. Nicole LaMotte

With a background in interior and travel photography, my deep understanding of design, composition, and storytelling allows me to highlight a property’s unique character and potential, ensuring every home is presented at its absolute best and help clients showcase, evaluate, and find houses with a discerning perspective.
A longtime Santa Monica resident, I have built a reputation on trust, integrity, and lasting client relationships. My transition into real estate is a natural evolution of my passion for home, people, and storytelling. I know that buying or selling a home is both exciting and emotional and I am passionate about making the process seamless, supportive, and stress-free.
My commitment to service extends outside my career. Inspired by my father’s example, I have used my photography work to document and support vulnerable communities across Africa, India, and Haiti. Following the 2010 earthquake, I returned to Port au Prince to lead an art-therapy program for orphaned children.
I am an alumna of Miss Porter’s School, serves on its Alumnae Board, and earned my degree from Columbia College Chicago, with additional studies at The Brooks Institute.
